Day 205

Colored Candies

I found this candy laying around the
house and thought that it was interesting.

Day 204

Vintage Days

This photo reminds me of something
my parents may have taken of me back in the
day.
Very nostalgic.
Reminds me
of my wonderful childhood.

Day 203

Through the blinds

I took this image while peeking
through the blinds with my
camera. Makes me feel like
someone is watching me.

Day 202

Sweet Smile

Lila was having a great time
smiling and laughing at my parents house
for my Mom's Birthday.

Day 201

Natural Observation

I love the elements of nature and
the beauty in the formations made
by this weathering bark.

Day 200

Self Portrait

Taken in a low lighting situation
with a harsh flash. I always
find these type of images to be
a bit of a challenge to make
interesting.

Day 199

Curiosity

Here I captured the baby moving around
exploring her surroundings. This was
shot at a slow shutter speed.

Day 198

W 25th.

I shot this photo while stuck in traffic
on my way to the Black Keys concert.
I thought the graffiti was nice.

Day 197

Colorful Chaos

The vibrant colors in this photograph
originate through the motion
of the subject matter.
This came out much better than I
anticipated.

Day 196

The depth within

I like the shallow depth of field
in the foreground of this picture.
This forces your eye to be interested
in the interior of the subject matter.

Day 195

con voi il mio amore

I took this photograph while waiting
at a stop light. I thought the lighting was
perfect and the way she looked at me was
priceless.

Day 194

Vegetable Beef

I love these type of photos.
She has food all over her mouth
and it looks like a total mess.
I find it to be quite adorable.

Monday, July 19, 2010

Day 193

At the store

It's fun to take candid photos at everyday places.
I like to see if something interesting happens.

Sunday, July 18, 2010

Day 192

Tasting Tremont

Once again it is time for the annual food eating, sweet tasting,
ale drinking festival we call the Taste of Tremont.
I love going to this event because I always
run into friends and family and always have a great time.
It proved to be extra special this year as it was an introduction
to Tremont to my daughter for the first time and her introduction to
some of my friends as well. Bittersweet or what ever you would like to call it,
I had a great time.

Day 191

Lake Shore Ride

I had heard that their is a path along the coast of
Lake Erie that you can ride out east quite a distance.
T Bone and myself decided to go on this adventure this morning
in search of this path.

We met up at the Rock N Roll Hall of Fame early this morning
and suddenly we were on our way. We found out that their is a path
that lasts for about five minutes then the rest of the riding takes place
on the road. I am not sure exactly how far east you can go on the road,
but we made our way to Eastlake and then headed back for downtown.

Day 190

Late Nite Abstract

Its strange what type of images appear in the dark.

Thursday, July 15, 2010

Day 189

Motion of a child

Curiously she explores everything
that surrounds her. Constantly moving.
Hesitating if but only for a brief moment,
then the moment is suddenly gone.

Day 188

Words

My daughter ripped this page out of
a magazine and it was just lying there still
on the bed. I thought it was interesting.

Tuesday, July 13, 2010

Day 187

La Bellezza Delle Tenebre

In the darkness I find beauty,
behind simplicity and stillness.
The shadows hide from daylight
as they rest from a long days work
not knowing what lies ahead.

Monday, July 12, 2010

Day 186

Sleeping Beauty

Shhhh...she's sleeping.

Ever so cute resting on her
mommy's shoulder, mean while
a binky waits patiently on the side
of the sofa.

Day 185

The Aftermath

It's crazy how the loss of Lebron
has impacted the city of Cleveland.
In just one night he instantly became the most hated person
in Northeast Ohio.
The feeling surrounding the city
has been like a breakup or the grieving period after
someone has past away.

Day 184

Trash USA

I took this image of a patriotic
trash can in downtown Cleveland
last nite. I guess it's just another reason
why I should be proud to be an American.

Friday, July 9, 2010

Day 183

Toxic Sky

Sunset filled the sky with
strange hues. Visually it
was very interesting after
a long day of dreary weather.

Thursday, July 8, 2010

Day 182

Sunrise in the morning

The sun was bright in the sky this morning.
Filled pink with color painting everything
in sight.

Wednesday, July 7, 2010

Day 181

Reflections

A view from our backyard oasis.
The ultimate getaway.
Relaxation in its truest form.

Good times... pool side.

Nashville

A few more photos I enjoyed from my visit.

Day 180

Somewhere near Cincinnati

Its interesting in rural areas of Ohio
how all you see for miles is corn.
We stopped at two different McDonalds
on the way to and from Nashville and although they
were at two different exits the decor and backdrop
of sweet corn remains the same.

Day 179

BBQ Y'all

We indulged in some amazing
BBQ courtesy of the Neely's
from the food network.
We enjoyed dinner at their
restaurant just outside of downtown.
I am not kidding when I say this is
by far the best BBQ I have ever had, not
to mention I have never enjoyed
BBQ Spaghetti before.

Sunday, July 4, 2010

Day 178

At the Zoo
We spent the majority of the
day at the Nashville zoo.
We had a great time seeing some
interesting animals and have many
icee's.

Day 177

Nitelife

This is a view from Broadway in
downtown Nashville.
We stopped down for a bite to eat
and enjoyed some nitelife while
hearing some great live music.
Every where we went we were surrounded
by little people.
Quite an interesting experience.

Day 176

Somewhere in Southern Ohio
On our way to Nashville we stopped a few times.
The first stop was somewhere in southern Ohio
where I composed this image. This image is of some place in
the distance that offers a place to wash
your clothes and go tanning at the same time.
All the while surounded by corn fields.
Fantastic concept.

Day 175

Self Exposure

It's funny how someone can
take away the moment if you let them.
I took this image as I was thinking
wondering what new adventures
await in the near future.

good things are coming.
